The Zoning Commission makes recommendations based upon zone change applications and forwards recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and rezone requests from property owners. A legal notice is published at least 10 days before the hearing of the Zoning Commission. All hearings are open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>Zone changes can be applied for with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boardmantwp.com\/zoning\/files\/2023\/08\/Zone-Change.pdf\">Zone Change<\/a>\u00a0Application or through the <a href=\"https:\/\/boardmanoh.viewpointcloud.com\/\">online portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Members<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Peter W.
